What to have ready
- Your medical history and a current list of medicines.
- Information about allergies or previous reactions.
- Details of previous dental treatment and any records you would like us to request with your permission.
- Your questions, and anything that would make the visit easier for you.
Understand fees before deciding
Your treatment discussion includes the proposed costs and payment arrangements before you decide. Bring your health-fund details and ask which rebates may apply to your cover.
Previously attended a practice at this address?
Sunset Dental is a separate business. We do not automatically hold your previous dental records. We explain how you can authorise a request to the relevant record holder.
